nightpills

they said dreamland is for everyone but not even a nightpill could strain the spotlight of the hunting moon...

staying wide awake in the silent hours of the night is the last thing i would wish to be but it's been months now since the god of slumber got even with me.

i never thought that a caffeinated system would turn the god away

i never thought that a warm sack could shy away, i never thought how such mind could sway.

sleepless nights put you into unfathomable musing, of drowning , breaking perplexities...

tonight, i took my nightpills only to tear me restlessly into pensiveness.

all i could wish now is to take my refuge to dreamland, just even for a moment...

but the moon's spotlight strikes brightly through my window, telling me that the god is still mad.

regz, i maintain that you are still too young to have insomnia, and too young to even talk about it.

and i don't think you are an insomniac at all. your body clock is just too disrupted. you just impose too many thoughts on your head. you have too many worries for a young soul.

hmn.. it isn't insomnia. it's more of an inability to relax your mind and body at the same time. take breathing exercises. while you feel your chest go up and down with every inhaling and exhaling, think of nothing else but the breathing. maybe it will help.

mwah!

Hi anak, nice post, you're still young and probably your being insomniac is just temporary, sana mabalik na sa normal ang pagtulog mo, isipin ang beauty
